A little help, when you need it

Let’s find a way.

Your planner should make life easier. Here’s where to start if something gets in the way.

Talk to us.

Send a message below and we’ll reply by email.

The form sends your name, email and message to our support desk, Embers Hub. See our privacy information. Prefer email? hey@pipmo.app.

When reporting a problem, include the Pipmo version, your device and browser, what you tried, and the error message. Remove private calendar details from screenshots. Never share passwords, Cloudflare tokens or your claim code.

Getting set up

Pipmo runs in your own Cloudflare account. Start with the setup guide. Your private claim code protects the first account on your instance.

Finding your planner

Your instance has its own address. Use Open your Pipmo to return to it. Your account and calendar stay on that instance.

Updating Pipmo

Open Settings on your instance and choose Check for updates. Review the release, then sign into Cloudflare to approve the deployment. You do not need access to the release admin.

A plan won’t fit

Check its estimate, allowed days, working hours and deadline. Fixed events and protected plans stay put. Pipmo asks you to choose when it cannot find a safe fit.

Privacy questions

Email hey@pipmo.app with your privacy question or data request. Read the privacy policy for what your instance stores and what the shared Pipmo service handles.
